Ingredients Banana Bread

  1. You need 450 g something mashed 🍌 (can add more).
  2. need 90 g something melted unsalted butter.
  3. You need 40 g something white sugar.
  4. You need 40 g something brown sugar.

  6. prepare 1 tsp something vanilla extract.
  7. prepare 225 g something all purpose flour / cake flour.
  8. prepare 1 tsp something baking soda.
  9. need 1/4 tsp something salt.
  10. need 1 cup something chocolate chip (optional).

Banana Bread Directions Cooking

  1. Preheat over at 160° & line in baking paper on 2L loaf pan..
  2. Whisk 🍌, sugar, butter until well-blended..
  3. Whisk in egg & vanilla extract.
  4. Add in sifted flour, baking soda & salt. Using a spatula, using cutting and scrape motion to stir till well blended. Stir in chocolate chips..
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan, knock out some air. Bake for about 1 hour & 15 minutes(看著辦)until a tester inserted in the centre & come out clean..
  6. Put the tray into the middle, once 🍌🍞 is starting to turn brown, move tray to bottom, when it turned into your desire colour, cover the top with aluminium foil. (Me: move to bottom after 30mins, cover with foil after 15min).
  7. Cool it in the tin for 20 mins. Take out & cool completely..
